Your challenge? Bridging the gap between a successful pilot and deep-rooted, full-scale adoption. You will be the face of Autoscriber for our partners, ensuring that our technology becomes an indispensable part of their daily workflow.

What the job entails

As our Customer Success & Adoption Manager, you own the post-sales journey. You aren't just managing accounts; you are a change agent in a clinical setting.

  • Lead Implementations: Drive the end-to-end rollout of Autoscriber at various healthcare institutes, ensuring training and project delivery.
  • Drive Adoption: Move users from "trial" to "daily habit" by monitoring usage data and proactively intervening where needed. This is where you bring new ideas and will drive projects. 
  • Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for hospital admins and IT leadership, turning them into Autoscriber champions.
  • Second-Line Support: Act as the internal advocate for the customer, handling complex queries that go beyond basic troubleshooting.
  • Growth & Renewals: Partner closely with the Sales team to secure renewals and identify opportunities for expansion and increased revenue within your accounts.
  • Voice of the Customer: Translate clinical feedback into actionable insights for our Product team.
  • Success Metrics: You will be responsible for the NPS, retention rates, and the overall "health" of your customer portfolio.

What we’re looking for

We need someone who can navigate a hospital boardroom just as easily as a clinician's office.

  • Experience: minimum of 5+ years in Customer Success, preferably in a SaaS and/or HealthTech environment, having gained technical insights along the way. 
  • Scale-up DNA: You thrive in high-paced environments. You don't need a manual; you enjoy building the processes as we grow.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory. You will be communicating with Dutch healthcare professionals daily.
  • Relationship Builder: You have a "high-touch" approach and the empathy required to understand the pressures healthcare workers face.
  • Analytical Mindset: You use data to identify churn risks and adoption bottlenecks before they become problems.
  • Outcome-Oriented: You don’t just "check in"; you drive towards specific milestones and ROI for the client.
  • Marketing and communication savvy: You know how to deliver and spin a nice message, both internally as well as towards the customer.
